This is a production line for automated filling, capping, and labeling of powdered coffee in the Philippines. The customer's requirement is to fill 50-100g of coffee into glass cups (cups with handles), automatically cap feeding and tightening, apply labels at designated positions, with a production capacity of 60 bottles per minute. The technical challenge of this production line lies in the variety of irregularly shaped glass cups with handles, which makes each process very difficult to complete, despite the high production volume. Conventional powder filling lines are unable to meet the customer's requirements, so we customized this production line based on their needs.
